Intellectually Lazy

When it comes to politics, if your attitude is a pox on both houses, you are intellectually lazy.

You are basically saying you are too lazy to pay attention to know who is telling the truth and who isn’t. 

You are too lazy to figure out even if they are both lying, which one is lying more.

You are basically too lazy to care about politics and about the impact politics have on everyone and everything.

But to hide your laziness, you claim to be above it by issuing a pox on both houses.

What you need to know is you don’t sound intelligent or above the fray.

You sound lazy.

Pay attention enough to have an educated opinion or keep your mouth shut.
